An evening of ghostly tales at Piety Hill

Russell Kirk was a master of the uncanny story, on par with M.R. James. He not only wrote them, but told them, too. This session was recorded in the drawing room at Piety Hill in fall of 1993. Russell was recovering from bronchitis and his voice sounds a little weak in the beginning. But as he goes his voice grows stronger. And the tales? Prepare to shiver.
